All sales made through the Aerostem Technology website are final. We do not offer refunds once an order has been placed and payment has been confirmed. Please review your order carefully before completing payment.

Our products — including avionics hardware (flight controllers, RTK GPS modules), complete drone platforms, and drone light show systems — are precision-manufactured electronics that include proprietary firmware and embedded software. Each unit is assembled, calibrated, and flight-tested individually before dispatch. Due to the nature of electronics, once opened and used, these products cannot be resold or restocked.

While we do not offer refunds, we stand behind the quality of every product we ship. If your product arrives with a verified manufacturing defect (not caused by misuse, physical damage, or improper handling), we will: • Investigate and verify the defect within 7 business days of your report. • Repair or replace the defective component or unit at no cost to you. This is covered under our 6-Month Manufacturing Warranty (see Terms & Conditions).

If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange for the correct item to be dispatched at no additional charge.

Orders cannot be cancelled once payment is confirmed and the order is in processing. See our Cancellation Policy for more details.

Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, it enters our manufacturing and fulfilment queue immediately. As a result, we are unable to accept cancellation requests after payment is successful.

If you have initiated a payment but not yet completed it, you may simply abandon the transaction. No charge will be made to your account. Your payment provider may show a pending state that will resolve automatically within 7 business days.

If your payment fails but you have been charged, the amount will be automatically refunded to your original payment method by your payment provider within 5–7 business days. If you have been charged twice for the same order, please contact us immediately at aerostemtechnology@gmail.com with your payment screenshots and order ID.

For AeroSpark drone show bookings and demo visit requests: • Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event date: No charge. • Cancellations made 7–14 days before the event: 25% of the event booking deposit is retained. • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event: 50% of the deposit is retained. • No-show or cancellation on the day of the event: Full deposit is forfeited. All show booking terms are confirmed in writing before any deposit is collected.

In circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, government restrictions, supply chain disruptions), Aerostem reserves the right to cancel or delay orders. In such cases, we will notify you promptly and work with you on an appropriate resolution.

Aerostem Technology Private Limited is incorporated in India with its principal place of business in Mehsana, Gujarat. All transactions on this website are subject to Indian law.

All product descriptions, specifications, and prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable GST unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the price shown at the time of payment confirmation.

Placing an order on our website constitutes an offer to purchase. An order is accepted only when payment is successfully processed and you receive an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

All Aerostem products carry a 6-month manufacturing warranty from the date of delivery. This warranty covers: • Defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. • Electronic component failures not caused by physical damage or misuse. This warranty does NOT cover: • Damage from crashes, drops, water ingress, or mishandling. • Unauthorized modifications or repairs. • Normal wear and tear. • Damage due to incorrect charging or power supply. All content on this website — including text, images, videos, logos, firmware, software, embedded code, and technical documentation — is the exclusive intellectual property of Aerostem Technology Private Limited. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of any content without written permission is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

You agree not to use our website or products: • For any unlawful purpose or in violation of DGCA drone regulations. • To transmit harmful, offensive, or unauthorized content. • To attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems. • For commercial drone operations without appropriate DGCA certification. Aerostem is not responsible for any illegal use of our products by customers.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Aerostem Technology shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of our products or website. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through mutual negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mehsana, Gujarat, India.

Aerostem reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with the updated date. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
